Language setting is ignored. All text is in Chinese. No longer connects to chair. They are still selling these new through costco but manufacturer has clearly abandoned the app. Other apps by the company seem similarly abandoned. Raises questions about product quality and support.

Need updates bad, app does not work in current state.

App not working. Keep asking to power up the chair. Please fix the app

Please fix this. The chair is almost useless without the Bluetooth app. You’ll force many people to return their chair to Costco if you do not fix. This chair is too expensive to stop supporting less than a year after it’s been sold.

I should of done my research about this brand

I’ve tried all the Osaki apps but none of them work with my Osaki massage chair. I can connect Bluetooth for music but not the app. Even though this was part of the feature set

I can’t read Chinese!

This chair cost too much money to leave the app and firmware in this state. I want to love it but I just like it a little. Please tell me there’s an update coming or I’ll ship it back!

Not useful

every time i have to go in and enable my manual massage settings. it would be so much better if there was an option to save a massage preset and enjoy the amazing massage the osaki gives. 5 star chair but app needs small improvements.
