## Pro Maestro Reviews in United States

### *---- "Goes dark"
Worked for a while, connect via Bluetooth does not work with any consistency. It wants to select device every time it started and goes unreadably dark on select screen. Cannot get app to connect via Bluetooth.
-- EtienneBerger, 2025-02-21

### *---- "Bluetooth Disconnect"
The app does not keep connection to Bluetooth. You opened, select your massage, and if you want to see time remaining or make a change you have to start all over again. From connecting to Bluetooth signal to everything else.
-- daraloca, 2025-02-08

### *---- "Serious flaws"
It worked for a while. Now it continually thinks the chair is not turned on when you try to select anything on the menu. When connecting the phone, it does not filter the Bluetooth device list and shows every BT device it sees. When screen is in dark mode, the list of BT devices cannot be read. Once the screen sleeps BT will be disconnected, so to change settings after calibration you must reconnect BT. And it’s still a better UI than the built in controller.
-- Zenbob1, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Select Device screen has black background"
Can’t see which Bluetooth device to select
-- Uninstall now, 2024-07-04

### *---- "Still NFG"
Why keep this app available if you don’t fix it?

Language selection and power switch works. Every other button brings up a pop up saying the device is not turned on.
-- PPLEPEU1996, 2024-02-14

### **--- "Maestro Pro 4D from Costco"
Connect to the osaki Bluetooth with your phone and then connect with the app. It’s in Chinese until you are connected then the app seems to work fine.
-- DaHadster, 2023-12-30

### *---- "Abandonware. Not updated in years."
Language setting is ignored. All text is in Chinese. No longer connects to chair. They are still selling these new through costco but manufacturer has clearly abandoned the app. Other apps by the company seem similarly abandoned. Raises questions about product quality and support.
-- Papa2336, 2023-04-14

### **--- "Need updates for IOS 16"
Need updates bad, app does not work in current state.
-- 1245789xxvv, 2022-09-17

### *---- "Not working"
App not working. Keep asking to power up the chair. Please fix the app
-- TTTTIINNAA, 2022-09-16

### *---- "App stopped working with iOS 16"
Please fix this. The chair is almost useless without the Bluetooth app. You’ll force many people to return their chair to Costco if you do not fix. This chair is too expensive to stop supporting less than a year after it’s been sold.
