## PRO1 Connect Reviews in United States

### *---- "Never works since new update about a year ago"
Wont connect to wifi
-- Nickname John nickname, 2025-09-16

### ***** "Works great"
Easy to set up, does what I need it to do.
-- ReRe1126, 2025-09-02

### *---- "Terrible app"
It does not work at all
Sometimes you need to refresh 20 times for the thermostat to be recognized
Some other times, you don’t need to do anything, but then you set the temperature and it doesn’t turn it on
Some other times you need to go directly to the thermostat and set the temperature otherwise it won’t work
I wish you had never updated it
