It’s The new employee Melanie, who’s only been there 3 mos and knows nothing about anything. Called the owner who’s name is Ali, who told her first that this promo didn’t exist, I asked to speak to him he said I had to wait 10 business days for that to show, the problem is I already had left a review a few years ago and never got those points. So He came up with a Lie that it will work now, which is bull!!! They have a program that u put ur phone # and u could be chosen for a few things. Well I’ve have gone to that store since 2009, about every 2 wks and have sent over 65 of my friends to that store, have had ppl choose to buy Kratom cause I chose to explain to them how it works, cause I know everything about it. Long story short, Owner is a frickin liar who could care less if u r a long time customer. The turn out of employees there is unbelievable, very nice ppl who realized working there was a waste of time. Now this new employee who doesn’t even know anything! Took the pain of the owner and told me to leave when I wasn’t even directing my displeasure with the store on her, just telling her how what he said is not true, is a liar and full of bull****! Believe me! If they can treat a faithful customer this way, imagine u who go there for the first time. Go to any other smoke bucks if he is not the owner, otherwise just look for other stores, we all deserve better.Im just now sending a group email to all my friends to stop going there. -- Kesiarj1026, 2025-05-20 ### ***** "Great app" Simple and easy to use, just download and signed up, then ordered online -- Ferasjtwig, 2025-02-25 ### *---- "App Only" I love Smokebucs, it’s the only place I go to or recommend. But this app is completely trash. It’s bugged out so you aren’t able to create an account. On top of that, when you email them to get help. There is no response whatsoever. Two emails sent, one on 11/24 and one on 11/30. Don’t bother wasting your time downloading. If this is fixed I will remove the review. Until then it’s staying up. -- AustinJax98, 2024-12-09 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" Can’t create account it’s completely bugged. Don’t waste your time. -- Vault Raider, 2024-11-26 ### **--- "To much money" There’s a $30 minimum and $10 in extra fees??? -- vvcbg nu, 2024-08-16 ### ***** "Best shop" Firas help me with the app and at the store! This app is amazing and helps me shop online! 11/10 -- Katie2899, 2023-10-24 ### **--- "Fix it please" I’ve been trying to make orders and every time I get to the part to search an item the app completely freezes than crashes completely -- Riri3x, 2023-09-25 ### ***** "App review" Best Stores in Jax and the app helps earn points and rewards quickly plus keeps me updated on everything I need from the shop smokebucks the best 🤙🏽 -- Noneyabusinesss, 2023-08-10 [View all ProBucks reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to ProBucks - [Christ Church East](https://apptail.io/app/christ-church-east-Sawc/united-states) - [Excel Church Florida](https://apptail.io/app/excel-church-florida-BEpd/united-states) - [Sunset Intimates](https://apptail.io/app/sunset-intimates-kBUd/united-states) - [St John GOC Tampa](https://apptail.io/app/st-john-goc-tampa-GUhe/united-states) - [SM Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/sm-rewards-Twhg/united-states) - [Fade & Combs](https://apptail.io/app/fade-combs-qejg/united-states) - [TourNow](https://apptail.io/app/tournow-eQjg/united-states) - [Four Seasons Tanning](https://apptail.io/app/four-seasons-tanning-eyFk/united-states) - [Official Mobile Barber](https://apptail.io/app/official-mobile-barber-HgEl/united-states) - [Ponte Vedra Connection](https://apptail.io/app/ponte-vedra-connection-CHqn/united-states) ## ProBucks Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/probucks-vttn/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/probucks-vttn/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
