Download our app now and obtain immediate access to important information about your prescription insurance coverage.

With ProCare Rx Member App you will have:
• A virtual ID card is always with you on your cellular phone
• Access to view your prescription insurance coverage, copayments, and other benefits.
• Drug information
• Pharmacy locator - Information on the nearest Pharmacy net provider that will best fit your needs. Simply enter a Zip code to find in-network pharmacies closest to you.
• A track record of your and/or your family’s Prescription claim history. Access Claim History to view up to 12 months of prescriptions, how much you’ve spent on medication, and  how much pharmacy benefit you’ve used.
