ProContractor Mobile is the mobile extension of ProContractor by Viewpoint that allows you to access your mission-critical project information, any time and any place on your iOS device.
Easily track progress of projects, be more agile in the field, and better account for all aspects of the job from beginning to end, to proactively and profitably execute projects.
ProContractor Mobile allows you to:
• Stop carrying around bulky binders and rolls of drawings, which also means less wasted time walking back and forth to the job trailer, as well as reduced risk of errors due to not having the most up-to-date project information.
• Create Daily Field Reports in the field by, managing equipment usage, capturing progress (WIP entry), and noting weather and jobsite conditions. You can also document the worksite by taking and attaching photos and voice memos, all of which sync back to the office for date stamping, safe storage and easy reference.
• Access the files and attachments in your office application, including project documents, drawings, subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders, and more.
• Manage at a glance with quick snapshots of each project’s Contract, Billed, Cost to Date, Cost to Complete, Earned Profit, and Profit Percent to date with drill-down to details.
• Submit timecards from the field directly to ProContractor for approval. Approved timecards are then fully synchronized with ProContractor payroll to ensure prompt payment.
Manage projects more efficiently and effectively with easy access to important project documents and data at all times, whether in the office or on the job site.
This app is intended for use by existing ProContractor by Viewpoint users. Your authentication code and user pin can be found on the Mobile Settings screen within your ProContractor desktop application. For access in demo mode, please enter “12345” as your Authentication Code and "abcde" your PIN. This app is worse than garbage

I don’t get why my company still chooses to use this garbage dumpster fire of an app to log important information where you need to delete and redownload it to get it to work or 30-45 min sync times. Disappearing time cards or files in general

Worst App Ever

I got this app thinking it would make my life easier and make payroll seamless, it has done nothing but cause stress, frustration and confusion. It’s easier to just to paper timecards and have my guys hand them in. The idea is great but the program itself it garbage

Totally useless

I think this is the worse app I have ever used. We were forced to use it because it is free. if you inputted the wrong hours, you can’t change it at all. It’s just piece of garbage…

Garbage!!!!

I am forced to use this failed app through my company whom I have no idea why keeps it with all our employee complaints. Frustrating. Have to uninstall then reinstall all the time due to shutting down or deleting time card info. Please fix this horrible app. Get better programmers and coders to upgrade app. I gave 1 star because there is no options for zero stars.

Horrible App

For the amount of money we pay ViewPoint for ProContractor I am disappointed by how bad PC Mobile is. We have to constantly delete and reinstall it for it work. When you manage over a dozen devices it gets old quick. And it makes it hard for our guys in the field to consistently do their time and DFRs in a timely manner.

Generic app that needs a lot of work

Only been using the app for a day and have already found multiple flaws in it. For example, many of the icons used are very similar to each other, several screens have top blocked by banner (in both landscape and portrait views), and if using dark mode the app is almost impossible to view. A year later and it is worse than when we first starting using it.

Reviews Are Correct

So many issues... system doesn’t allow you to edit, kicks you out and doesn’t always save information. Information pertaining to billing. How we make a living!!! There has to be better options out there.

Issues

Every time I open a project and go to enter any tracking option, it exits out of the app. Please fix.
