I keep adding products to my bag and after a few hours they get removed from the bag for no reason. I spent so much time researching and adding products to the bag and it happened twice where i lost all my selections. Such a waste of time.

If you need to return something you cannot. Not even if you havent opened the box of shoes. They will also say your order is 28 days old and cant be returned when its ordered 2 days ago and delivered 2 minutes ago!

I had to download this app as the product I wanted was “Available exclusively on the Pro:Direct App”. Only it wasn’t. It was out of stock. Waste of time and not a nice customer journey at all.
Registered and placed order with next day delivery but there’s no update on my order at all. No contact number, not responding on email. If can’t provide service, why you charge extra then? Now deleting this app, never use it again.
I recently bought some football boots and they were perfect this is so much better than sport direct as the communication is better and customer service is as well have a range of different sporting clothes and equipment
Ordered a jacket the other day through the app, thought everything would be fine, until I check the order to see if I could trace it and would not load it. I never even received an email confirming my order, despite my £80 gone from my bank account! I have zero clue if my jacket will even arrive, contacted customer support and no response, need to fix up big time. Not at all impressed.
