What happened to earnings for DoorDash, Uber, Lyft and Instacart???

Terrible help

Edman200008 on

United States

I have tried talking to the help but they refuse to understand basic words that explain what was going on, I had wanted to simply change my phone number to my new one and the system simply will not allow me to change it without access to my old number that I do t have. Help is not helping, save your time and don’t bother downloading the ap, it would be worth it if the people actually help but help is ran by ai that dosnt help.

Changed for the worse

Used to love this app! Now it’s just one of those millions of cheap paying survey apps. I’ve been using it for years to submit Lyft & Uber earnings statements. Originally, it was $5/week for each platform. Over time, they lowered the prices from $5 to $4 and $2. They even deleted Uber a few months ago. Lifetime made $322 (not a full income, but coffee money!). I had $65 in there that I lost Jan 1,2024 because I didn’t cash out. Currently, they’re doing $2/week for DoorDash and Instacart if you do those, and they have the “games” and surveys you can do. Sad about the changes.

Disappointed

Chris-84 on

United States

Was great but just got offered $0.20 for DoorDash uploading which was $3.00 just last week. Insane

Waste of Time

United States

What a waste of survey time, there are so many better sites. Takes forever to find a survey that is working or that doesn’t cut you off after you have done the survey Then they charge you to cash out! In 2 hours I made $2. !

Beware

Wesly27 on

United States

I did a few surveys and to to 2.95 The Cashout is 3 bucks. I have been successfully completing surveys and they are no longer crediting my account at all. They credit you until right before you get to 3 dollars to stop you from cashing out. Beware of them

Cash out issue

Llc 809 on

United States

I cashed out about 71 dollars to Venmo and an error messaged popped up once you know the money no longer in my account and the 71 dollars didn’t get to my Venmo account
