## Profitly Reviews in United States

### **--- "Post trades?"
Why can’t you post trades in the app? Seems like a basic feature.
-- Ametren, 2023-06-21

### **--- "App needs an update"
Profitly is an amazing trading community and resource, but the app could use an update. It doesn’t show all tim sykes’ updates, you don’t have access to all the content through the mobile app. Please update 😁
-- Kevnl06, 2021-01-30

### *---- "Scam"
The app is so confusing and is hard to navigate to your subscriptions I was charged $150 for a subscription I could not even cancel.
-- jsniskbsb, 2021-01-12

### *---- "Scam"
The app is worthless so I canceled the subscription. However, they keep charging me a monthly fee. There’s no support info on the app, so you have to go to the website and find the support info. I have emailed them multiple times but have not heard anything. The App Store should investigate this fraudulent app!!! Do not buy because they will charge you each month even though you cancel!!!!!!

### ***-- "Mobile app doesn’t work"
Really love the program. Although I’ve spoke to customer service twice and I cannot get any sms notifications sent to my phone, I miss all of them they have sent me numerous test to make sure they have my correct number and still nothing. Fix your app please
-- nikiidynàme, 2020-05-07

### *---- "Garbage"
This app is garbage. It doesn’t notify you of supernova alerts, you can’t find the alerts in the app, it crashes, locks you out of your account and other ridiculous stuff like that.
-- Besisinsnensisns eenjd, 2020-05-06

### *---- "Broken! Needs ios 13 update"
The chat room window expands and shrinks just by tapping on the screen. Try to write a comment and the chat room goes away to a loading screen. Current list of people online and the main part of the chat room open and close back and forth. The chat room is unusable at the moment.
-- iAC30, 2019-10-10

### *---- "App domain error"
The app worked at first, but now I can’t even open the app, very frustrating.
-- Matt2 World, 2019-08-09

### ***** "Needs improvement"
I really like Profitly on the web I can search people, there trades, even commentary. On the mobile app I mainly just see watch lists, even though there's a lot of random watchlists. I’d like to specifically see people watchlist I choose to follow. It would be amazing if there was some sort of free chat room (maybe the off topic room). I also could never find Tim Sykes video category’s just the most recent video lessons.
-- LordOfWar1275, 2019-05-24

### *---- "Terrible"
I was logged into my WiFi via laptop and then logged in from the app via phone when I left my house. That locked my account due to multiple IP addresses, or so I’m told. It’s been multiple days and the pay for service I have (Tim Sykes) will not respond or refund my money. Trash app. Trash communication. Just utter garbage.
