You and your dependants will each have your own online profile to access your personalised app. Access your electronic membership card, chat with us online and submit documents or claims.

Based on your current location you can also find the nearest hospital emergency rooms or search for the hospital emergency rooms in a specific area and navigate your way to the emergency room. You can also request your international embassy letter instantly, register on the Profmed Baby programme as well as register your newborn baby with a touch of a button.

As the principal member, you will also be able to update your information, view documents such as your latest statement and tax certificate, and also view messages sent to you. The Benefits and Claims tab allows you to view available benefit limits and have easy access to claims submitted.

No where to change your password

I was sent a temporary password. Now there are no place to change my password so I’m stuck with the temporary password.

Login problems.

Suddenly cannot log in even though I have the correct password. When I try to create a new password it tells me that my temporary password doesn’t work. When I used to be able to log in I was unable to print open documents. Who runs this app?

Useless app

Same problem as other commentators. Cannot register or log in to the app. Get message that the user already exist - and then what ?

Cannot log on

Says I am not registered, I put in my details and it says I am registered? But can’t log me in?

Useless app. I had to again delete this app because it does not allow me to access my existing account.

Worst app ever

Worst app I’ve tried to use in long time. Cant logon, cant change password. Better without. Their website just as bad. Fortunately the medical aid plan itself is good.

Still non-functioning

Downloaded to my tablet with the hope that the number of complaints raised in the reviews for the past year has been addressed. Unfortunately I am unable to even register an account as it keeps freezing/crashing on the registration window. Don’t waist your time like I did.

Worst app ever made!

I cannot believe that we pay this kind of money for a medical aid and we have to settle for this pathetic app.

Garbage App

Basic functionality isn’t working. Tried to send our medical detail via the app, that it advertises it can do, but no option or button or clear way of doing it. Also no option to download the information that you can forward it. Ended up screen grabbing it. Editing it and sending it. Saved it for future use. Nothing PROFessional about the PROFMED app… In an emergency this isn’t the type of admin you want to occupy yourself with.

Useless App

Useless App that doesn’t allow you to log in and useless call center that can’t help you either.
