## Profmed Medical Scheme Description
You and your dependants will each have your own online profile to access your personalised app. Access your electronic membership card, chat with us online and submit documents or claims. 

Based on your current location you can also find the nearest hospital emergency rooms or search for the hospital emergency rooms in a specific area and navigate your way to the emergency room. You can also request your international embassy letter instantly, register on the Profmed Baby programme as well as register your newborn baby with a touch of a button. 

As the principal member, you will also be able to update your information, view documents such as your latest statement and tax certificate, and also view messages sent to you. The Benefits and Claims tab allows you to view available benefit limits and have easy access to claims submitted.

The First page of This stupid App tells you to enter your membership number and I.D numbers. 2nd page it tells you, “you do not have an online profile with Profmed” so you must register. After submitting your registration it then tells you “a user already exists with the same email, mobile number and user code. If you have forgotten your password or user code please use the system  to reset it” but there is no “ forgot password” or “reset password” option which comes as a standard for almost every app🚮 the only option is “back” and thats it. There is no “sign in” option.🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮

The old app worked fine, why replace it with a bunch of few features and launch it only to have the end user (THE CUSTOMER) report “small” bugs like “USER LOGIN”,  each time I need to use your app I need to:
1. Perform App deletion on device
2. Download and Install App
3. Go through the onboarding process 
4. Pray to god that I don’t have to perform the above step 1-3 only to get to step4 and find out that i need to repeat steps 1-3 until I get lucky 

I think Profmed should leave app development to app developers (I assume this was done inhiise by someone wanting to learn app development) and focus on your core business functions (if my development assumption was correct…just pay the right people to do the right jobs)

If this app were a paid product, it would perfectly reflect the medical aid itself—overpriced and completely useless. The app barely functions, constantly glitches, and fails at the very things it’s supposed to do. Basic tasks like submitting claims, checking benefits, or even logging in without issues feel like a gamble.

Unfortunately, this is a reflection of the medical aid itself—expensive, unreliable, and frustrating to deal with. For the amount we pay, we should at least expect a working app and decent service. Instead, we get neither. If you’re considering this medical aid, think twice.

App not working on my new phone. Says I have to register I am a new user and when I register says user profile already exists. Just  like Profmed: endless time wasting resubmitions that does not resolve problems.
