Rather than opening the app, flipping a coin would provide a more reliable answer to the question "Is the app going to work today, or crash constantly with all new and improved bugs?" 
The update releases consistently introduce new bugs / stability issues and very rarely resolve any of the ongoing performance and reliability failures. Come on, you can do better

I frequently get notifications for offered shifts and then when I open the app very quickly after getting the notification sometimes there is nothing there. Even when I can see an offered shift it says “no longer available” seconds after I get the notification. I have to call and then I am told that the shift is actually available and that it must be an error in the app. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times and I am still having these issues. Nobody seems to have a solution to this problem other than to uninstall and reinstall but like I said, I have done that several times and the issue still has not resolved. I feel I am missing out on shifts because of this app.
