## Progressive Identifier for ECP Reviews in United States

### *---- "You can’t try it with out paying for it"
I thought the App Store said that it offered in app purchases. I took that to mean there was limited use or the app was only partly functional with out paying. Can not use the app with out subscribing to a monthly subscription. This may be a fantastic app. I’ll never know. I’d rather just pay for the app and be done with it.
