## Project EV Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Useless app"
This is a useless app. Didn’t even work for me. Always showing host is unavailable
-- Max Payne igi, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Waste of time company. Never respond to emails. Zero customer service. 0 stars"
Customer service is terrible. App continuously crashes. Lots of bugs in app. Please fix and update your customers
-- n8e89, 2024-11-27

### *---- "Poor language and user interface"
This app is really terrible. Very poor language used and very little of the language makes sense. It’s not user friendly at all. These developers are clueless and lack basic communication skills.
-- DolphinFriendlyTuna, 2024-11-02

### *---- "Garbage"
This app and the charger are the two worst products I have ever used. The charger was included on a new build house for free and I can see why. Utterly hopeless.
-- muffin song lover 😍, 2024-10-11

### *---- "Poor"
Awful app, even worse customer service, no help whatsoever
-- Harveypull, 2024-08-21

### *---- "Awful app and terrible charger"
Don’t even waste your time with this one - best off buying a hamster wheel and some copper cables and make your own AVOID AVOID AVOID
-- Project ev hater, 2024-08-21

### *---- "Need more features"
Charger needs for functionality rfid is rubbish we want to be able to track usage of each person/staff member with the rfid cards so we can trace usage.
-- buckrogers999, 2024-08-20

### *---- "Regretting the purchase"
Not reliable, poor reference material for fault resolution, look elsewhere.
-- Another also unhappy, 2024-08-18

### *---- "‘Shocking’ app"
Wi-Fi in the product times out all the time so can’t connect to the APP. App itself always gets Dev bug errors like. Switchover failed or stack fail. Can’t even get it to work as the setup process just breaks

Why can’t I just plug the car into the point and it works. Stupid
-- Alluring Snail, 2024-07-29

### *---- "App connection to unit … beyond dreadful"
Now on our second charging unit as first failed. App repeatedly looses contact despite great wifi connection to unit. Contacting customer services is beyond a joke ! Dreadful app for a very simple use …
-- Scotty McToon, 2024-04-04
