## Project Hours Urenregistratie Description
Project Hours is een urenregistratiesysteem voor activiteiten op projecten. Het is begonnen als urenregistratie voor de Nederlandse Kastelenstichting in 2016, ondertussen gebruiken een aantal bedrijven het systeem vanwege het gebruikersgemak en eenvoud.


Project Hours is beschikbaar op iPhone, iPad, andere mobiele platformen en (mobiele) website, users met verschillende apparaten kunnen samen uren schrijven op dezelfde projecten.

Project Hours maakt het volgende mogelijk:
- Definieer projecten en activiteiten.
- Definieer materialen
- Voer uren in via app of website.
- Voer gebruik van materialen per project in.
- Geef de hoeveelheid uren op of specificeer een start en eindtijd, Project Hours berekent de hoeveelheid uren.
- Gebruik de timer om tijd te registeren. De timer loopt op de server, het is niet nodig de app open te houden.
- Nodig uw teamleden uit om tijd te schrijven op uw projecten.
- Maak gebruikersgroepen, bijvoorbeeld voor rapportage over verschillende afdelingen.
- Specificeer uurtarieven om projectkosten te bepalen.
- Bekijk totalen van uren en materialen per project over een tijdsperiode.
- Bereken materiaalkosten voor projecten.
- Download excelbestanden met totalen per project.
- Link met Google Agenda om een overzicht van projectactiviteiten weer te geven in uw bedrijfsagenda.

Probeer de gratis proefperiode van twee maanden om uit te vinden of Project Hours geschikt is voor uw organisatie. De lange proefperiode geeft de mogelijkheid om na een maand de overzichten te bekijken en vast te stellen of dit past bij uw doelstellingen.
