## Project Lab VR Reviews in United States

### ***** "My Favorite project"
I was doing the volcanos and building it was fun.
-- Bedelk00, 2025-09-27

### **--- "Wont use back camera"
App defaults to front camera which is useless trying to headset
-- Cheerfulazn, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Garbage ripoff junk"
My son was very excited to try this out. Unfortunately it simply will not send the verification email. Support is non existent. If you bought this toy I recommend just taking it back to the store. Ripoff junk.
-- Sexyguy123fddryffyg, 2023-12-26

### *---- "Junk"
Headset is serviceable but nothing special. All the apps that this company makes appear to be abandoned. No confirmation emails, no response whatsoever on any of their companion apps. Stay away from Abacus products.
-- agrmsu, 2023-12-26

### *---- "App Does Not Work"
I have tried to download the app on an Android and Apple device…the app simply will not load. No registration email is sent, which is part of the process to download the app. Without the app, there is no VR experience. Highly disappointed. Will return.
-- BMS2323, 2022-12-27

### ***** "Great for kids!"
I purchased this for my 7 year-old & we didn’t have any issues downloading or viewing the content on the various volcano’s. Video quality is great as well.
-- Trackstarchic, 2022-12-27

### *---- "Complete waste…."
Won’t download I gave up after ten tries I got a little farther each time but after an entire day of trying I took stock in my time and realize I was wasting it. There’s a reason it has 2.3 stars…. Because it should have less
-- aannnoooyyyeeeddd, 2022-12-27

### *---- "No confirmation email / useless gift / app developed in 2002"
4 different emails & Hours later and there is still no confirmation email being sent to us to activate the game itself. So basically it’s been a useless Christmas present so far while I watch my nephews excitement for this wane increasingly.
-- MShriner9, 2022-12-25

### ****- "Easy to set up but be ready to have your phone on the headset"
It was pretty easy and straightforward to set up. Took me a while to realize that my phone needs to stay ON the headset for it to work. Cool experience. My son loves it. It ha Spanish English and French . A few experiences to play with or listen to with the dinosaur one. Cool way to start with VR for a 7yr old.
-- lilouchette, 2022-10-25

### *---- "Screen just goes blank and shows only exit"
Pathetic app, no matter how many times I tried the VR does not go beyond blue circle start, forget about T. rex race and all, highly disappointed.
-- Kamleshvu, 2022-10-13
