Project50 is a powerful self-improvement challenge inspired by the 75 Soft and 75 Hard Challenge trends. It’s designed to help you build discipline, create a sustainable routine, and change your life through small daily actions. Based on the Kaizen philosophy of 1% daily growth, this structured 50-day challenge helps you stay consistent, track your journey, and develop life-changing habits. The challenge includes seven daily habits you’ll follow for the next 50 days: • Wake up before 8 AM – Take control of your mornings and start the day with purpose. • Follow a morning routine – Build a focused and productive start to your day. • Exercise for 1 hour – Boost both mental and physical health through consistent movement. • Learn a new skill – Grow your mind by committing to daily learning. • Read 10 pages daily – Develop focus, discipline, and a growth mindset. • Eat healthy – Improve your relationship with food and fuel your body. • Track your progress – Use your personal progress book to stay accountable and motivated. More than just a habit tracker or life coach in your pocket, Project50 is a complete personal growth system designed to help you build discipline, reflect on progress, and follow through. Whether you're doing the 1% Challenge, Hard 75, or just want to start becoming better one day at a time, this app gives you the tools to succeed.
