## ProjectFit by ResMed Reviews in United States

### *---- "Awful and doesn't work"
The computer vision interns that worked on this app in their undergrad hackathon need to be fired and replaced with people that can actually identify a face.
-- JY12538, 2025-08-09

### *---- "Scan and some questions don’t work"
One of the questions won’t allow you to answer or put info. The scan has been attempted multiple times and says it failed.
-- knsky8, 2025-07-23

### **--- "Is the app working?"
I tried to enter my height and weight, but there is nothing there to enter the info.
-- Dildine00, 2025-07-19

### *---- "Unfortunate Waste of Time"
While this app works fairly well, it ultimately is useless as it is always fails at the end with upload failure. I wanted to contribute to this study very much indeed. The constant failure to upload the results makes me question ResMed interest in improving their products.
-- KenJ50, 2025-05-15

### *---- "Stops Working at the End"
When you get to a continue button at the bottom of the screen
-- Rak1492, 2025-05-12

### ***-- "Buggy, but worked eventually"
Went through the instructions without a hitch, but it failed at the end. I decided to give it another try, it scanned again (with more issues this time) and then actually showed me a 3-D scan of my face (which it didn't before)! Took a minute or two to upload, then was successful and said I could close the app.
-- regwon, 2025-05-12

### ***** "Works on iPhone 13 Pro Max"
The app crashed one time. But the second time worked like a charm. I was able to upload the data.
-- App Me Longtime, 2025-04-14

### **--- "Does not work properly"
Once you get to the questions about why you switched from your previous the continue button does not work as you are not able to click it because it is too close to the other option
-- Diva012022, 2024-10-18

### *---- "Gets patients interested but doesn’t deliver"
Absolutely garbage app. How do you build an app explicitly made for gathering client feedback and then, right out of the chute, not deliver anything. I mean I can’t set anything up because of your enrollment/activation process.
-- ctburns, 2024-09-28

### *---- "Should be paid"
Their literally asking you for medical based information and they offer nothing in return. Sorry, I am not handing over my unique information with both legal protections and compensation.

Don’t fall for this unethical practice!
-- Some Computer Geek, 2024-09-05
