This is, without a doubt, the WORST app I have ever used. Glitches, fails to load MOST of the time, punches often don’t show up on my supervisors end. If your work uses this horrendous program, good luck.

You guys should be able to update the app for employees can change there address there self. if the head manager doesn’t have time to change it I asked them 2-4 times to change my address. Please and thank y.

Whatever is going on it needs to be fixed we want our money it’s not something to play with soo please fix it

Why the heck won’t this app let me clock in or out now???? It’s like it deleted the function completely. Please fix this!!!!!

Been using this app for 5 years now and it does everything I need!

Everything is combined in one place, so it’s easy to use and keep data up-to-date. All documents, benefits, pay history, time off, tax forms, and other features are available at any time. It’s very intuitive and enriching, with new, amazing options.

Each time I am punching in, the app is stuck verifying my location. I went to iPhone setting for sharing my location, and the device offered me two options for sharing location: 1) Never and 2) When I share. My manager asked me if I can use an android phone🤦🏻

I don’t know if it’s because I’m a new hire or what but I literally can not see anything on this app. “My pay” tab is completely empty with no information. When I go on the “Help” tab to use the chat with the bot to see paystubs, or anything under that tab, the bot literally doesn’t even respond to me. This app is useless.

Won’t let me continue after password change.

The pay and taxes status were good though more things could be added and Helpbot doesn’t help it’s just a bot
