## Promotion Case Description
You've done meaningful work. Make it easier for your manager to see the impact.

Career Compass helps you prepare a clear, evidence-backed case for a promotion or compensation increase—and feel more prepared to ask for it.

TURN YOUR WORK INTO A STRONGER STORY
Tell us what you did and what changed for the business. Include a measurable result when you can. With your permission, AI turns your answers into a concise narrative that connects your contribution to business value. Review and edit the wording before you save it.

BUILD YOUR CASE, ONE EXAMPLE AT A TIME
See your progress across five Case Check areas. You choose the single area each example supports. One approved example in each area is enough to make the Promotion Case purchase option available.

KNOW WHERE YOUR PAY STANDS
See your estimated pay percentile and explore what a compensation increase would look like. Pay Position uses published U.S. benchmarks, identifies its sources, and helps match your role to an occupation. When a reliable role match isn't available, it provides clearly labeled national age-based earnings context instead.

GIVE YOUR MANAGER A CASE THEY CAN SHARE
Purchase your personalized Promotion Case when you're ready. It brings together your impact, readiness for the next step, and a compensation request supported by your evidence and sourced pay context. It's written for a manager—and the HR partners involved in the decision.

PREPARE FOR THE CONVERSATION
Your separate Conversation Guide helps you plan the meeting, open the discussion, respond to common concerns, and follow up with clarity.

REVIEW. PERSONALIZE. SHARE.
Review your case in the app, make supported edits, and approve it for email delivery. Receive two branded PDFs: your Promotion Case to share with your manager and your Conversation Guide to keep for your own preparation.

ONE PURCHASE. NO SUBSCRIPTION.
The personalized Promotion Case and Conversation Guide are included in a one-time in-app purchase. The price is shown before you buy. Your purchase covers one case; restoring it does not create a new case.

YOUR INFORMATION STAYS IN YOUR CONTROL
Career Compass uses OpenAI for authorized Evidence drafting and Promotion Case preparation. You can save Evidence without AI. Your employer has no access to your private account through the app. Share only what you choose, and delete your account in the app.

Career Compass helps you prepare; it is not a guarantee of a promotion, raise, or employment outcome.

## Promotion Case Reviews in United States

### ***** "Essential app for self reflection at work"
Throughout my career, I have always found it challenging to keep track of my progress and how I feel at work. While I can check in mentally with myself from time to time and feel that I am on the right track based on performance review feedback, I have often felt a bit disorganized. I started using Career Compass to better monitor my growth and how I feel mentally at work. This app has been a game changer for me as it allows me to look back at past data points and identify any trends or determine if it's time to make a change. I highly recommend using this for your career to enhance your career growth and mental health! It has really helped me out a lot.

### ***** "Handy, helpful, and fun!"
These days, everybody’s slapping “AI” on everything with mixed results. But Career Compass’s AI Coach is surprisingly helpful. I’m just getting started with the app, but it feels like it’ll help give my stalled career the boost it needs.
-- robhwade, 2025-04-25

### ***** "Approachable and accessible career app"
Career Compass AI-Career Coach makes career growth approachable and accessible with its user-friendly design and practical guidance. A great tool for anyone on their professional journey!
-- CG9494, 2025-03-02

### ***** "Surprisingly useful"
Lots of app promise to use AI, but don’t provide value that couldn’t be accessed through chatGPT or Claude. Not the case with Career Compass. Fine tuned to provide actionable customizable support. I love it!
-- benjshap, 2025-01-30

### ***** "Help I Needed!"
I love using this app to track my performance over time and the weekly insights I get and the coaching emails are SO GOOD!!! Super happy and my career (and income) are moving in the right direction! :)
