Hello,

Trust you are doing well today.
Thank You for coming up with such a great platform to aid learning. I love the App,
However, I have some reservations.
I subscribe to the trial, I was charge for the trial which I have no problem with, only to be charged for the next subscription without prior notice and then another. I am not happy about this because those two bills withdrawn was not in my budget.
All attempt to stop the subscription failed. I sent mails to the Support account , No response till now .Apparently I registered through Instagram.
Please kindly cancel my subscription now. This is urgent before next removal.

How do I cancel my subscription on your app?? I don’t need the app anymore isn’t so useful to me and I can’t seem to find a way to end my subscription as in has auto renew twice without no notification.
