It can’t unsubscribe when I want to cancel the trial. 很爛 沒辦法取消 直接跟我收錢 很不道德的一間公司
感覺受騙
I saw your advertisement where there were two people having a conversation, and there were also subtitles. However, in the course I am taking now, this feature is not available. I feel deceived. 看到你們的廣告，是有兩個人的聲音在對話，同時有文字可以看。 但是我現在參加課程卻沒有這個項目，感覺受騙。

As title. Amazing!
7 days of free trial? No, they charge you immediately
Since the app said there is a 7-day free trial, I subscribed. When I subscribed the app, I was charged immediately. After 10 minutes, I didn’t think it useful, and I unsubscribed the app. Guess what, I need to write an email to the service center and after waiting for 1 day, they said I need to contact the Apple Store to get the refund because my subscription was renewed. Not sure what I renewed, I only subscribed the app. once. Anyway Apple service center asked me to describe my experience here in case someone else being cheated by the liars. I feel really bad! 因為註冊前是說有七天的試用期，但是，當我註冊這個軟體時，卻被馬上收取了費用。試用了10分鐘之內我就想要取消註冊，無奈無法取消，只能夠寫信給客服，等候一天以後，卻被告知必須要聯絡Apple的store，並說我的註冊因為更新了無法取消。我聯絡了Apple的客服，他要求我在這邊訴說我的經驗，以免其他人有相同的遭遇，連Apple的客服都說這種感覺很不好，面對這些騙子，真的感覺很不好.
詐騙
一個月收了NT699，如果錯過了當天的課程就無法再回覆學習，太爛了～～CP值超低，接近詐騙等級了
亂扣款
明明廣告說一週體驗NT$30塊，結果才開始第2天就扣款月費U.S$19.99,有寫信來說要不要取消訂閱，限定24小時內回覆，結果因為錯過訊息直接被扣款，有廣告不實嫌疑
So far so good.
