Very easy to use app, quick service and very good customer service. Always call if there’s a problem and resolve things very quickly

Pronto is a fab idea and has brightened up the year, an amazing range of quality food and I love the idea of buying local. Keep it up!

Wish that delivery time more accurate- hungry kids- trying to support local businesses but 3 hrs from order “asap” not great - pls could you ask merchants to update!?

Thought we’d give this a go tonight Placed our order at 6.15pm and the app said it would be 7.15pm delivered Two hours later still not arrived having had an email an hour ago saying it was on its way! ( where from I ask?!) Very disappointed and a family very hungry!
