On 9/19 I emailed them letting them know fedex said that all that had been done was a label created it had not actually been shipped and they responded sometimes fedex’s website takes awhile to update. On 9/24 sent another email letting them know fedex’s website says the same thing with no response. Now it is 9/25 and still no response or fedex update change or package. I do like their testing system, but the app is a bit clunky. You have to wait for notifications to come through to figure out when to take your next hormone test. Which is inconvenient - because you have to wake up early to do the test. I wish the app would just tell you each day when your next test is.
