## Propel Description
Rated 4.8 stars worldwide. 100,000+ downloads. Built by ADHDers, for ADHDers.

ADHD is not laziness. Propel is the ADHD app designed to work with your brain, not against it, using fun brain games co-designed with psychologists and built around what you want to change.

Struggle to stay on task? Forget things easily? Start projects you never finish? Propel turns those daily battles into quick, rewarding wins.

ADHD BRAIN TRAINING BUILT AROUND YOUR GOALS
Most brain training apps treat every brain the same. Propel starts with your goals and matches 20+ cognitive games to them:
• Improve your focus with games that sharpen attention and quiet distractions
• Improve your memory with match games and recall challenges that help new things stick
• Overcome procrastination with short problem-solving games that make starting feel easy
• Handle stress better with calm, soothing games that ease anxious moments
• Be less impulsive with reaction games that train self-control
• Pay more attention to details with challenges that sharpen your eye

A DAILY PLAN THAT GETS YOU
Tell us about yourself through a quick self-assessment inspired by the ASRS, a widely used ADHD test. Propel then builds your personalized daily workout of bite-sized games for ADHD brains. Each game takes about 2 minutes, works offline, and adapts its difficulty as you improve.

TRACK YOUR GROWTH
• Watch your progress on every goal you picked, from focus to stress
• Build streaks and collect 60+ badges as you hit milestones
• See how your scores compare with peers at your level

TRAIN HARD, UNWIND EASY
Long day? Open our chill games for a moment of calm. Antistress puzzles and relaxing challenges help you slow down, let go of anxiety, and wind down before sleep.

WHY PROPEL
Most apps expect you to adapt to them. Propel adapts to you. Sessions are short, feedback is instant, and there is zero guilt when life gets in the way. We are adults with ADHD ourselves, and we built the brain training we always wanted: one that fits the way your mind actually works.

Join 100,000+ people training their minds with Propel. Download today and turn distraction into action.

## Propel Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great!"
Please do add Apple's Game Center connection!
-- AppleAntDude, 2024-11-10

### *---- "$150"
$150 for a lifetime membership seriously? Or $50 for a year. That’s to expensive sorry
-- UT_beast, 2024-10-03

### ***** "Updated - NOW for colorblind"
Original review below, but just bumped right to 5 full stars. Developer reached out on colorblind options, made numerous changes beyond feedback. While I haven’t seen all the new changes, I can confirm several games work significantly better, and a toggle now exists without user profile for colorblind users. GREAT JOB DEV! Thank you for the adjustments.

———

Onboarding literally asks if you are colorblind, and regardless of what you say you are repeatedly shown color based puzzles without any patterns/textures to assist those who cannot see colors. Could be matching games based on colors, or games where words are a color and you are supposed to know if the color matches the word. Just not a great showing to be aware enough this condition exists, to ask about it, and to do nothing within the app itself to support users suffering from it.
-- x B0B x, 2024-07-29

### ***** "Seems legit"
I haven’t used this enough yet to see any personal progress, but I like it so far. A lot of the games are similar to ones I did when I took my neuro psych evaluation for my ADHD diagnosis so this seems like actual science going into these games. That being said, I would love to see progress reports or like a monthly test to see how well you’re doing overall (if this aft exists and I just haven’t gotten there yet, you can ignore this).

7/12/24-editing to add:
Thanks so much for responding! Looking forward to the checkpoints.
-- Patty2347, 2024-07-12

### *---- "Scam"
I delete the app 10 mins after trying it out. Now I got a notification that I was charged 50.00$ for an app I do not want. BEWARE-BEWARE-BEWARE-.
-- ROO721, 2024-07-09

### ***** "Excellent"
I am pleased with the excellent layout and ease of instructions and use!
-- Visionographer, 2024-07-06

### ***** "Value for money"
I have tried something similar that definitely lacked the sophistication of these exercises. A daily routine of exercising the brain can only benefit a pensioner like myself.
-- William ( Willy) Wverkearn, 2024-07-05

### ***** "Struggling with memory"
I’ve been struggling with memory. The games are non-intimidating. They are fun. Many remind me of games I used to play in my youth. I am treating this like brushing my teeth, necessary. Thank you for this.
-- aaaacccpl, 2024-05-29

### ***** "Perfect for an ADHD coaches Tool Box"
As an ADHD coach this app is amazing for decreasing overwhelm through the day! Love this
