## Propel Sync Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t sync as should"
I’ve had this app for a few years now for work. Have had to disconnect then reconnect my device more than once.
-- Reesemommy, 2025-11-09

### *---- "Does not sync my steps anymore."
After the recent iOS 26 update the app no longer syncs my steps. Seems like the Health app doesn’t see the Propel app anymore.
-- irvinezekiel, 2025-10-21

### **--- "Doesn’t Transfer Sleep, Meals, or Workout Data"
Current application only tracks sleep. There needs to be an update to the software to capture sleep data, meals, and workout data to propel properly. Currently only able to capture steps on iOS. I have to still use my Fitbit to capture that information.
-- Tonio9322, 2025-09-10

### ***-- "only steps?"
I wish there was a way to have the app track activity rather than just steps. It’s kind of limiting and discouraging to have an hour-long spin session count for nothing.
-- masquedbunny, 2024-03-13

### ***** "Easy - works well"
Used this app to connect my Apple Watch to my company’s wellness platform. Followed the instructions, connected right away.
-- HowserDayz, 2024-03-02

### *---- "Worst App Ever"
Tried to sync this up for my company wellness program. First, had to try and set up using Safari since it wouldn’t work with Google. Finally get it to install and connect only to have it not be able to sync with my Health App. I wasted so much time for this to not work.

I gave up and deleted this from my phone and guess I’ll lose out on my incentive. What a piece of garbage. One star is to high a rating.
-- Beachball42, 2023-10-30

### *---- "Awful"
WORST app ever. Can not open the app or sync I have to manually go in on a browser and log my own stuff not very user-friendly. I would give 0 stars if I could.
-- Aleece G, 2023-10-03

### *---- "Zero Stars for me"
If I had the option, I would give it “Zero Stars”
-- AB User1, 2023-09-11

### *---- "Don’t work"
Never works for me
-- jrache1, 2023-04-21

### *---- "Worst App I have EVER used!"
This is the worst app I have ever used. It never works, won’t upload my exercise data to my health management program and not even their support staff can help!!! I have never reviewed an app in my life until now. It’s THAT bad!
-- Unhappy app@r, 2022-12-29
