## Property Inspection Manager Description
PIM – Your Complete Digital Inspection Platform
For Residential, Commercial, Social Housing & Custom Inspections

Transform your property inspections with PIM — the all-in-one app trusted by property professionals worldwide. From routine inspections, ingoing/outgoing condition reports (PCRs), rooming & tenant inventories to maintenance, rental minimum standards & compliance checklists, PIM makes every inspection effortless: fully digital, professional and mobile.

NEW IN PIM
• AI Assisted Inspections – PIM analyses your photos and videos and suggests notes for each area, ready to review and approve. Consistent reports in a fraction of the time.
• Onsite Maintenance Requests – Spot an issue and raise a request instantly. Cirrus8 & Re-Leased users send it straight to their property management system; not integrated? Email a fully formatted request — photos, priority and target date included — to any contact.
• Auto Collate Maintenance Notes – PIM gathers maintenance notes from across your inspection into one place, with optional AI summarising.
• Smart Property Profiles – Set up inspection areas to match any property in seconds.

SEAMLESS INTEGRATIONS
With Cirrus8, Re-Leased, MRI Property Tree, Console Cloud and Chintaro, your completed inspections upload automatically — no manual entry, no double-handling. PIM also imports inspection data from REST, PropertyMe, RP Office, GOAT, RealPro & Greentree via data files.

WHY CHOOSE PIM?
• Fully Offline Capable – Complete inspections with no internet connection.
• Smart Data Entry – Shorthand text, pre-populated notes, Siri voice dictation and Apple Pencil support.
• Professional Reports – Branded MS Word and PDF reports with cover sheets, staff photos and call-outs.
• Real-Time Sync – Share inspections via the PIM Cloud Dashboard for remote access and collaboration.
• Assisted & Remote Inspections – Send instructions to colleagues or tenants onsite and finalise in the Dashboard.
• Advanced Media Tools – Annotate photos, add date/time and address watermarks.
• Video & 360° Capture – Record live issues or add personal talking-head videos, no extra equipment needed.
• In-App Safety – The ICE (In Case of Emergency) button instantly shares your GPS location via email and SMS.
• Paperless Signatures – Capture tenant and owner signatures on your device.
• Tenant Reports – Generate a separate, personalised Tenant Inspection Report with thank-you notes or follow-ups.
• State-Based Compliance (Australia) – Generate condition reports tailored to the residential tenancy legislation of each state and territory, keeping your reports compliant wherever you inspect.

POWERFUL CLOUD DASHBOARD
Manage accounts, branding, staff photos and integrations, then search, edit and finalise inspections from your desktop or onsite. Works on iPad, iPhone, Android, MS Surface & all modern browsers.

## Property Inspection Manager Reviews in Australia

### ****- "Great program"
Great app! Have been using since 2016 without any issues. Only slight downside is the photos need to be higher res but that is something Phil and the team are working on. Service and support is absolutely great.

### ***** "PIM - The Time Saver"
Having used paper for so long I found this app a breath of fresh air.

PIM - What a time saver!

Initial setup takes a bit of thought, but now I have all the inspection areas and property profiles that take me swiftly through each inspection.

The PCR entry/exit repeat process is seamless and copies over all your notes ready for quick edits and new photo.

The reports are professional, up to date and can be customised to my requirements.

Support is always on hand too if I get myself in a pickle!
-- Ozlil, 2020-02-25

### ***** "LJ Hooker Glynde"
We have recently become PIM users and are absolutely delighted with the time savings achieved and from the feedback from our clients. They really like the report format.

We also appreciated the excellent support from Jeremy and his team. It has been a great experience from first contact and nothing has been too much trouble.

I would have no hesitation in recommending using PIM to other property managers.

### ***** "Best on the market"
I've previously used two other inspection apps and neither have worked as well as Property Inspection Manager. It's a relief to have something so reliable, rarely any issues, and when I want to customise anything, getting extra help is easy and hassle-free.

Highly recommended.
-- Supercooldudette, 2015-10-21

### ***** "First Class Inspection App."
We've been using Property Inspection Manager for just over a year now and feel it's time to review it.
We did our research, using a Property Inspection Manager trial and two others, at the same time.
It didn't take us long to decide that This app was the one for us.

We were not disappointed.

Once we overcame the usual teething problems (with fantastic support from the tech and sales team) we have been able to configure it to our own needs which has made it easier and easier to use.
We are now fully reliant on Property Inspection Manager for producing quality inspection and property condition reports in a fraction of the time.
