It only worked onced on my phone. That is the day I downloaded it. Now I can’t track anything the screen is always blank when i open the app. I’ve tried deleting the account and register again nothing seems to be working

The app is okay and I can view my electricity usage. What is not that great is the I need to force close the app to update my hourly readings. My biggest disappointment is that I cannot see my water usage. I have sent numerous emails to their support emails but have not even received an acknowledgment. I hope one day when it works that I will not be hit with a big bill.
