I recently sold a property and needed to rent and a lot of the administration paperwork was through this app. The agent has tried to provide me access to the property and I’ve had nothing but issues. Constant server errors, properties not being linked. I even tried deleting my account and starting the process again. I got all the way through to the pop up that asks you to accept the new terms and conditions, ticked accept and then got another server error and the modal won’t even close anymore. I had the best experience with the agent but this software has been a complete let down. I wanted to use my EML card from my salary sacrifice too but to no avail because this app only accepts BSB and bank account number. With new trends now of how to pay online, this is just unacceptable. Also, there is NO option to cancel a payment made. For instance, I made a mistake putting a wrong BSB or account number. The app ONLY option is to wait until it is declined. However, that process has been 3 days. Then I have to wait another 2 days minimum to verify the correct information AGAIN! I would recommend being able to attach more than one bank account to use when making payments. Specifically a ‘workflow’ type function for maintenance requests that the appropriate parties can see and respond to through the app. For example, we had an issue with our air conditioning before Christmas and, once communication is off the app, many delays ensued which resulted in the appropriate part not even being ordered until 12 days after it stopped working. In this day and age of potential instant communication, that was insanely inefficient and unnecessary (not to mention frustrating during a summer heatwave!). If the technician received the notice through the app and then the owner could approve repairs etc. all those delays could have been avoided.
