Everyone in community keeps mentioning an app 2.0. Why haven’t yall posted messages on the desktop site or even in the original app itself about a problem or a fix. It’s extremely frustrating and stressful trying to pull up the app, send a QR code to your email address, close the app, open your email to find the QR code. Not to mention the time wasted if you are in an area with minimal cell service. Both devices are running IOS 17.2. On the iPad, it never gets to the screen to choose sending the pass by text or email. Ever since our property management company switched to this app, there’s nothing but headaches to use. May I suggest 2 things? 1) upon searching a person from my contacts, use name and email so that I don’t have type in everything manually 2) If there is a repeat guest, re-use the pass from the history and just update the dates. No updates in over 10 months. When trying to add a guest to your profile, the scroll/drop down bars don’t populate with the pass type- so you can’t compete your action of adding a guest. Our community is “mandated” to use this app to ease time at the gate for guest entry, but it’s totally worthless. I have to give our gate guards a list in person instead.
