Note: Proscenic robot vacuum cleaner needs to access Internet by using 2.4G wifi.To control the Proscenic robot, your mobile phone also needs to access Internet.

Am Anfang hat alles super funktioniert. Nun seit ein paar Wochen verbindet sich die App nicht mehr mit dem Roboter.

Habe jetzt über eine Stunde erfolglos damit vergeudet mich mit dem Sauger zu verbinden. Die App findet den Sauger, aber die anschließende Registrierung endet immer im timeout.
Hatte mich für den Sauger gerade wegen einer App entschieden und jetzt ist das einfach nur Müll!!!!

Also ich konnte den Sauger erst gar nicht mit der App verbinden. Nach dem kompletten stromentzug des Saugers und wieder hochfahren ging es. Habe aber im Haus oben einen anderen wlan Router, und somit funktionierte es auf der 2.etage nicht. Wollte dann den Sauger nochmal verbinden, seid dem geht nix mehr. Flop, Flop Flop.. bitte unbedingt besser machen.

Der Roboter ist sehr gut aber die Steuerung mit dieser App ist nicht nutzbar. 
Spätestens nach einem Tag verliert der Roboter die Verbindung und ist nicht mehr steuerbar. 
Bitte dringend nachbessern !!!!!

Da bin ich ja beruhigt, ich dachte schon es liegt an mir…
Der Staubsauger ist große Klasse! Die App ist einfach nur Quark. Wenn sie nicht repariert wird, sollte man sie aus dem App Store nehmen.

Also...der Staubsauger ist für den Preis wirklich sehr gut. Die App ist allerdings eine Frechheit. 

1. Übersetzungen auf Deutsch sind sehr schlecht! Bsp: Englisch „Power“ wird „Macht“ statt „Energie“ oder „Akku“ angezeigt
2. App verliert oft die Verbindung zum Staubsauger. 
3. Optisch sieht die App langweilig und altbacken aus.
4. Die Map-Funktion funktioniert nicht immer

Egal wie oft wir es versucht haben! Es hieß immer Benutzername oder Passwort falsch.. können uns nicht mal einen Account anlegen.
