This bank doesn’t operate on the weekends, and the website is always having problems. It’s outdated and a bit outrageous when considering the most common clients. It’s always giving me warning tabs that they may not be able to complete my requests, even while in business hours, so it seems generally outdated and like it may need some touch ups. Again though, if a cheque takes up to four days to deposit then it should not be viewable as a completed transaction in my account, along with that it should not be viewable in my account, but maybe that’s just my personal opinion. If these cheques are being deposited by real people though, then I do not see why it takes so long to happen, as people should be doing their jobs. Update: It has now taken more then the 4 business days it usually takes to deposit my check and I am very, very disappointed in PCCU. I would say that this is the worst bank I’ve ever been a part of and the staff seem incompetent. I will be switching banks at my earliest convenience, the people I called to get help with this issue were also extremely passive aggressive and dismissive of my problem, I would say I’m surprised, but I’m really not. Incompetence and bad customer service tend to go hand in hand. Fix this issue. -- dailey0202, 2024-12-17 ### ***-- "Won’t open" Since update to iOS 18 the app will not open. It just spins. -- Puffer5782, 2024-09-26 ### *---- "Horrible" Horrible, can’t do an e-transfer. I shut down and restarted my phone. Difficult sign in, and then you can’t process an e-transfer. -- 1956lmaes, 2024-09-17 ### *---- "New update" Can not get it to update Need cc# to do it? Just curious as to why it needs a billing account (cc#)to update It’s free I thought -- ivarda, 2024-01-30 ### *---- "Great app" Buggy and can’t log in. The old app was far superior. -- Pixypix, 2022-05-26 ### ****- "Excellent app works very well." I wish it showed my chequing account by default when I logged in rather that my mortgage -- Siliconscout, 2021-09-29 ### ***-- "Dislike the new redesign" Would have rated 5 stars but the new update has changed the app entirely. Before it was quite simple to run and worked well. Had no issues with it whatsoever. Now with the recent update the entire app has been redone and I entirely dislike it. The old version was great. Don’t fix it if it ain’t broken -- Optimus prime 69567464, 2021-09-24 ### ***-- "Works most of the time" A little sluggish, and am currently having issues with keyboard not opening when I try to enter the security question and cannot receive a transfer -- prairiesellers, 2021-08-30 ### ***** "Great Work!" Very impressed so far. Looks great, and I see this completely removing any need for me to login via a computer. -- jmasterfunk, 2015-12-04 [View all Prosperity Credit Union reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Prosperity Credit Union - [PCCU Mobile App](https://apptail.io/app/pccu-mobile-app-Qav/canada) - [Synergy CU Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/synergy-cu-mobile-AhZ/canada) - [Unity Credit Union Mobile App](https://apptail.io/app/unity-credit-union-mobile-app-htZ/canada) - [Luseland Credit Union Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/luseland-credit-union-mobile-itZ/canada) - [Dodsland Credit Union Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/dodsland-credit-union-mobile-duZ/canada) - [Affinity Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/affinity-mobile-lZfb/canada) - [Diamond North Mobile App](https://apptail.io/app/diamond-north-mobile-app-gegb/canada) - [Prairie Pride Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/prairie-pride-credit-union-yUgb/canada) - [Biggar & District Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/biggar-district-credit-union-bVQc/canada) - [Vermilion Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/vermilion-credit-union-iVQc/canada) ## Prosperity Credit Union Available In - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/prosperity-credit-union-gtZ/canada) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/prosperity-credit-union-gtZ/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
