Worst app / freezes and overheat
Just subscribed to protake pro for more manual control , and my phone just keeps overheating, the videos are unwatchable lagging, I would like my money back , such a waste of money and time

Very worst performance after few months camera not working
App crashing
App is crashing on my iphone xr which is currently running on ios 17.0.3.
Where can I found my saved videos ( I chose Camera roll ) option
Today I shot whole day by keeping storage options to camera roll, but I got shocked I did not found any glimps of my entire day shot videos. Please help me with the procedures to recover my videos.

Freezes iphone 14 pro
My phone heats up like ironbox within a minute after launching the app and I have to wait for a while before I can start using my phone. Please do something about it because right now this app is really not for professional videography. Would rate with 0 stars if there was an option.
Unable to Connect my Smooth 5 with Protake App
My smooth 5 connects Flawlessly with Filmic Pro but it doesn’t even show up in the bluetooth scan of Protake app. Im using Iphone 14 pro. Team Pls help soon.
Portrait Mode
Getting some problem in audio middle of the video please fix this new version old version is better than this please fix it.
Don’t think it’s compatible with all iPhone models
I tried this app for my iPhone 8 . 5 mins into recording a video and my phone started heating up for no reason and I had to stop recording . I’ve never experienced this issue with other apps or the inbuilt camera . Disappointed!
Not able to activate Protake+ subscription
I have subscribed to Protake+ from my IPhone12 mobile, but unable to activate it as I’m not getting the verification code at all from you. I requested resend multiple times and also activated ‘call me’ option but still no call came. Please call me and give my verification code urgently please
