## PROTEINHOUSE Reviews in United States

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
This app absolutely sucks, it won’t let me login
-- M_yanez, 2025-12-23

### *---- "BEWARE OF HIDDEN APP FEES"
Beware of hidden fees, there is no transparency of this information indicated upon ordering in app, there is no digital receipt provided after ordering to indicate what fees are being charged to customers. Ordered two AÇAÍ, totaled $21.65, they charged an additional $9.74, totaling $31.39, that’s ridiculous for to shakes. Moving forward I will not be using the app anymore. Need transparency to the customers!!! Very disappointed!
-- Bon Appetít, 2025-10-23

### *---- "Horrible"
Since they debut their new app, I have not been able to login to manage my account from either a PC or an app on my iPhone or iPad. I try with a code and it automatically defaults back to the same page. I try with the password and the captcha code and it tells me it’s incorrect.

### ***** "🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
Favorite restaurant ever!!!! Love everything on their menu!!! Everything is always so fresh and quickly made… so healthy! I’m never cooking again🤣🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
-- Jojo fitness, 2025-08-14

### **--- "Website sign-in credentials don’t work on app"
When you register an account on the website and that sign-in works, but that same sign-in fails on the app, that's a fail.

Can't add payment card.
-- jkirk1626, 2025-03-29

### *---- "App keeps giving me an error"
For the past two days when I try to use the app, it gives me an error and tells me to contact support. I clicked the Support email address, created the email explaining the issue, but then there is no icon to actually send the email. You guys need to do some work on your app. Right now I need to order from someplace else.

### ***** "Clean eating at its best"
This is the cleanest healthiest delicious food I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. 10/10 recommend!!! You will not be disappointed
-- 14th$24thshow, 2024-08-03

### ***** "Healthy Food, First Class Staff, Great Vibes"
I love going to the Protein House for healthy food. The staff is top notch and I enjoy the music they play too! We need more locations!
-- Pilarfun, 2024-04-14

### ***** "Consistent and good"
I’ve eaten at the Protein House on Meriden several times. The food is consistently good and it’s feels healthy. I appreciate knowing the macros. I’ll keep going back!
