Warum immer am Schreibtisch arbeiten?
Für alle, die ihr Hotel mit der Cloud-Hotelsoftware protel Air verwalten: Setzen Sie diese Mobile-App als optionale Ergänzung zu Ihrem protel Air-PMS ein. Mithilfe der App nutzen Sie klassische Front Office-Funktionen wie Zimmerplan, Kategoriespiegel, Gästekarteien und Aktiven Listen zusätzlich zu Ihren festen Arbeitsstationen auch auf dem iPad oder iPhone. 

Wenn Sie protel Air zusammen mit der protel Air App nutzen, sind die Einsatzmöglichkeiten vielfältig – und machen erfinderisch: Checken Sie Gäste während der Begrüßung „nebenbei“ ein, greifen Sie in Besprechungen per iPhone auf Live-Zahlen zu oder setzen Sie iPads als "floating front desks" ein, um flexibel Belastungsspitzen zu kappen.

Kann Kreditkartendaten nicht einsehen und farbige Markierungen an Bestellungen kann ich auch nicht vornehmen. Es ist ein ambitioniertes aber noch nicht ausgereiftes System um ganz den Desktop Modus zu ersetzen. Ich hoffe! das ich bald alles mit der Software vom IPad erledigen kann, wir vermieten Apartments und sind nur unterwegs.
