## Protokol Description
Protokol helps you build healthy habits that stick, with a plan made for you and people to do it with.

GET A PLAN IN MINUTES
Pick your goal and the AI Builder creates a workout plan, a meal plan, or both, matched to your training days.

OR BUILD IT YOURSELF
Personal trainers and experienced lifters can build plans by hand from the exercise library: workouts, exercises, meals and supplements.

SHARE AND TRAIN TOGETHER
• Share a workout or meal plan with one link
• Friends open it and start the same plan in one tap
• Live Share a meal plan and manage it together
• Share your finished workouts and streaks

AN AI COACH THAT ADAPTS
Tell the coach what changed, like "dinners under 20 minutes", "no eggs" or "lose 5 kg but keep muscle", and it proposes the edits to your plan.

GUIDED WORKOUTS
A video for every exercise, sets and reps, and weight tracking with your last and best lifts.

MEALS MADE EASY
Daily meals with calories and macros, plus an automatic grocery list.

Start with AI today. When you're ready, work with a personal trainer in the same app.
