Ich kann zwar mit dem Helm Radio hören und telefonieren, aber die App koppelt sich nicht! Es kann keine einzige Funktion geöffnet werden. Die Kapsel am Helm möchte aber ein Update, sonst kann ich mich mit keinem anderen Helm verbinden (oft versucht). Für 480€ kann man eigentlich eine funktionierende App erwarten . Die Protos YouTube Videos sind leider ebenfalls wenig hilfreich und äußerst unprofessionell! Also wer ein Update machen will sollte schon mal mehrere Tage einplanen. Immer wieder kommt es dazu, dass keine Verbindung zu Server aufgebaut werden kann . Die BT-COM funktionieren eigentlich sehr gut aber eine App die zum Aktualisieren der Firmware dient und um Einstellungen vorzunehmen sollte funktionieren. Nachdem es ein Glücksspiel ist die Kapseln überhaupt mit der App zu verbinden sagt die App Verbindung zum Server fehlgeschlagen obwohl man eine gute Verbindung zum Internet hat.
