Shifts are taken within milliseconds. I don’t understand how that’s even possible. Notifications come in after the job has already been taken. Protos should really do something about this. -- Savsochill, 2025-08-15 ### *---- "Poor" This app has not worked since it was rolled out. Seconds count when you are trying to get a job. This app has to log you back in, when you are lucky to even get a notification. While you are waiting, the jobs are gone. Seems no one wants to fix all the issues this app has. Ongoing problems since tha app was rolled out. -- Fredo092267, 2025-06-10 ### ***-- "No Notifications" I’m unsure why I am not able to receive any posting alerts. I deleted the app to re-download and now the banner alerts don’t even show up anymore. The old system was much better!! As of 9/15/24, I wanted to update this review. I was contacted by a product manager to discuss the issues. Since then there has been resolutions to all my concerns. If you have any questions or concerns I’m sure you will receive the same courtesy. Thanks for the efforts! -- 1st TMR, 2024-09-15 ### ***-- "New job notification , no sound?" Is there a way to add a sound to the new job notification? I’ve checked everything on my iPhone and settings referring to sound notifications. I will get a banner notification but no sound, which causes me to miss possible jobs -- Asdfghjklpop 123, 2024-07-01 ### *---- "Trash" Not sure why the company decided to move to this app but it’s absolutely horrendous. -- Minuteman4546, 2024-06-28 ### *---- "Can’t work if I don’t receive notifications" NO NOTIFICATIONS. All is turned to ON. App does not tell me when assignments pop. -- RedRoyal90019, 2024-05-27 ### ***-- "App issues" If you don't use the app for a few minutes, it kicks you out, and you have to sign back in. Also, once you are logged out, you don't get push notifications for available job postings. -- Jack65t, 2024-04-10 ### ***** "Log in" This app should only allow for one device to be logged into the system. There are people that have additional phones and spouse and family with the app. They have the greatest advantage taking jobs before others get the opportunity. Hopefully you guys look into this practice. -- elmexicano99, 2024-04-10 ### *---- "Needs improvement" Needs to not sign in everytime app is opened. Needs to have notifications for each and every individual job that pops up. -- LMAO2843392, 2024-04-03 [View all Protos Select reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
