Spent many hours with tech support in India and they could not figure out the problem. I input my company id and user id. I get get a “please wait” flash for a half second on my screen and it goes nowhere. Works fine on my iPad pro but who the hell wants to carry an IPad to check banking. Tech support closed my ticket and said to use my IPad. It appears to be a third party app (many other banks and credit unions use the exact same app). It is just that the app is branded according to the bank that uses it. This app needs a complete overhaul. The firs problem is that my id was stored and, supposedly, protected by Face ID. The second problem was that I never got to the prompt for password. The next problem is that it is Saturday afternoon and the ENTIRE bank is closed. So if you’re trying to contact them to straighten this up - no luck. You would need to take your time at work in order to clean up their mess.
