It’s ugly, slow, and unintuitive. The mobile check deposit hasn’t worked on my iPhone 15 Pro in months - it doesn’t let you take the photo. Provident as a credit union is fine but when 99% of my interactions with them are through this app, it’s a dealbreaker. When it prompts you to take a picture, it tells you to tap the screen to capture. Tapping anywhere and everywhere on the screen doesn’t work. Incredibly frustrating. Tried on my wife’s phone for our same joint account and she has the same issue, so it’s not a device issue. I have to restart the app several times in order to get it to work.
