Good but not current
This works the best for buses, but the Green Line Extension stops are not here, which is a problem if you need them. And I do. But if you’re looking for bus routes mostly, add a star!

The green line extension to tufts has been open for exactly 3 months now and you still can’t check it on here…

Useless app!
They don’t include the full MBTA green line, this app is not actually useable to get around.

The best app when you know what bus/train you need! Love it.
Green line E
This app is so great for busses, but it’s sort of beyond me how they aren’t able to keep track of green line E trains past north station. The app doesn’t even let you select anything west of there, and the stations themselves don’t provide departure estimates, just “trains arrive every 6-7 minutes” which simply isn’t true. Let’s figure out how to at least track the status of this aging fleet to take away some of the pain of using it.
Confusing and not as user friendly as it should be
Why aren’t there any basic instructions, it is not intuitive at all.
