Proximus+: telecom and more

3 stars only because the app looks nice and it’s easy to track consumption but why on earth can I not see the detailed bills??? Why can I meet my neighbours, find restaurants or book train tickets through the app of my internet provider but if I want to know why I get charged more than usually I have to look up the bill in my email because this useless app does not allow me to do so?????

Just like Proximus‘ other services: a complete catastrophe getting worse and worse.

Leider bekommt eine so grosse Firma wie Proximus es nicht fertig eine App in Deutscher Sprache herzustellen komme mir vor in einem Land zu wohnen wo eine Minderheit nicht respektiert wird aber man soll die Rechnung begleichen • Sie möchten aber diese Kunden behalten aber sie sind nicht fähig es in einer Sprache zu senden die in Belgien anerkannt ist• Werde mich demnächst mal bei der Konkordanz informieren

I had this app since I switched to proximus and it automatically recognized my number so I could watch my bills. Out of nowhere it stopped and says I have no products linked to my login. I reinstalled a couple times and nothing changed. I wonder how is this possible? Like proximus is one of the most expensive brands in Belgium and still lacks simple things

I have entered my account number on My Proximus for direct billing in the beginning of March - it didn’t work. I have given it another try towards the end of March - but it still hasn’t been registered. Moreover, I have looked for a way to receive my billing in french instead of Dutch - couldn’t find any choice of language. The app is in English that is fine as well, but the bill is in Dutch since I agreed to an electronic billing. I know have cancelled this. I do not know how to handle contacts with you. When you go for help you only find frequent questions and others but no direct contact to get help - and I really do not want to stay on the phone for half an hour to get the help desk. You wanted a feedback - here you have it. Even this is problematic as you want a nickname and all usual ones are taken! A. Wiedow

The update from 10 Dec 2019 does not work. Just empty screens on each page.

Leicht zu bedienen, Sehr verständliche Anzeigen, Zügige Aktualisierung Und Kinderleichte Aufstockung des Datenvolumens Besser gehts nicht!!!

Très informativ mais ne fonctionne pas la majorité du temps. Erreur lors de la commande de 500 MB extra et actualisation de la consommation souvent très tardive...
