## PS2ME Parent Pro Reviews in United States

### *---- "Better apps done by high schoolers"
This app is more like hello world app. There isn’t much of functionality this app provides and everything is very basic and looks amateur.

1. No Face ID or finger scan for auth
2. Session expires every time you open app after few hours
3. No granular notification settings
4. Messaging is a mess, I don’t see msgs my wife sends to teacher and I reply my wife doesn’t see it and we keep asking same thing as we don’t know what other said when sending msg
5. Password managers won’t identify app to auto fill because developer didn’t add associated domain to app

High schoolers could have written better app. Sad and unfortunately no choice for us as parent to not use this app.
-- pbathala, 2024-05-13

### **--- "Needs FaceID/TouchID support"
I am getting tired of having to type my password in every time I open the app. Please add biometric support so we can have an app that is 2024 rather than 2012.
-- cedartree84, 2024-03-06

### ***-- "Outdated this year:/"
We used this app last year without too much trouble. This year is just the opposite sadly. Every single day, I have to put password in again or nothing is available. Why? I wish I knew….
-- parentpics, 2023-01-30

### **--- "Need FaceID"
App is clunky, but functional. Should be able to download photos while they’re open and not just from the preview screen, but I can live with that. The lack of FaceID support is appalling. It’s 2022, not 2017, come on…
-- nLogic, 2022-08-04

### *---- "Still Full of Bugs"
This app is terrible. In the few years I’ve been using it, bugs have not been fixed. When you open a chat window, you get stuck in the chat window and can’t get back to the rest of the app without turning off your phone. Seriously? I hate that my school uses this app.
-- EMC050, 2022-07-28

### *---- "This app is not good AT ALL"
Horrible app. The updates are crud despite the daycare submitting pics and updates in real time. Plus I have to reset my password everyday!! It’s a password that the app Accepts every time. I can log in for the moment, then I’m Locked out again - your app needs work.
-- T.Okpara, 2022-05-05

### **--- "Always have to restart and doesn’t remember password"
Whenever I want to download a picture it gets stuck and I have to close the app and reopen. I also get logged out very frequently and have to reset my password. Also there’s a typo in one of the App Store pictures.
-- Afsteph1, 2021-12-10

### *---- "Horrible app"
This is the worse app I have ever used. It’s glitchy no matter how many times I’ve deleted the app to reinstall it hoping for better results. Its frustrating that my child’s school used this app and 80% of the time I can’t send any messages, view any photos of my kid at school. The developer need to take this into consideration
-- C-Mom1920, 2021-12-06

### **--- "Unstable App"
Been using this for about two years. This app is not great. I rely on the email push updates as this app will not allow me to stay logged in. And it doesn’t save the password so you’re forced to type it in each time. Being that it’s for a preschool Monday thru Friday it doesn’t make sense for me to have to log back in every day. Frequently certain pages will not load, to the point where I bypass this app altogether and go a different route to communicate with the school.
-- Xtinebarlow, 2021-07-28

### **--- "Saving pictures"
Since the last update it’s been very hard to download pictures.
