## PSE Description
The PSE app provides easy access to your account when you're on the go. Check your balance and make a payment with just one click. Track & report power outages in your neighborhood and check on restoration times, all in the palm of your hand.

Manage your account:
• Review your account balance, prior month’s charges and pay your bill 
• Use and securely save your preferred payment method – eCheck, debit, credit, PayPal or Venmo
• Manage personal preferences -  select your desired bill due date or enroll in paperless billing
• Change or update your account security, including password and security questions
• Start, stop or move your residential service

Stay informed about outages:
• View outage status on the map,  searching by address, city or ZIP code 
• Easily report an outage
• Set your preferences to receive outage notifications by email, text or phone

The app shows last update occurred tomorrow at 1:15am with a fix time of 11pm tonight
. It is currently 5pm. 

If PSE can’t even get its times straight, I don’t have very much confidence it can get anything fixed.

This app is so annoying that I keep getting an error pop up that they have technical difficulties and eventually I get login. So why does PSE not make this into a better customer experience? Whoever build this app has perhaps missed a lot of consideration on what would the customer experience be other than just pains and frustrations. PSE and your vendor needs to do a better job here. Why should I use an app that is not have a smooth interface to be able to achieve my goals on my account? Who is approving and signing off such poor quality work in PSE? Fix your app!!!

Update on 11/30:
After the outages from recent storms, it is once again evident that PSE has a problem with their communications from the field to the customers. They just don’t want to listen. Period. What was going on with the repairs and which areas were still being impacted or worked upon - had an absolute disconnect and misinformation on the outages map. Nobody had any ETA nor the app was of any help. Utmost non-user friendly app with no empathy for customer experience and customer service. They keep doing what they want and nothing bothers them. Does anyone know who built this app and website for PSE. Must be surely some novice person from God knows where country.

The app uses an odd and unknown time zone when reporting outage update times, estimated restore times, etc. Given the service area, they could just use PST or PDT. This glitch makes the updates not very useful.

Map doesn’t accurately show where power outages are. Outage start times that are in the future. Estimates that mean nothing. App crashes after logging in half the time. This app represents the incompetence of puget sound energy as an organization.
