Received confirmation email that it was PAID. 6 days later I’m told the payment was returned and now can’t make electronic payments but have to CALL or pay cash and this is for a whole year and have to pay the return charge. Yes in 2025, you have to CALL for an entire year and they have no appeal process. This is a predatory practice. Imagine any older consumers that don’t have anyone? PREDATORY.
