I used to be able to pay on the PSEG app.. one day I go to pay on my phone and I can’t!! The whole thing changed… so not happy. Now all I use the app for is to see what I owe. Can’t pay anything. So disappointed

Doesn’t open since update

Could only attempt to sign into my account by updating the app. Said there was a technical problem and bounced me back to the log in page. Tried on my iPhone and iPad and same thing happened. Was able to log in only through their regular web page. Please fix the updated app!!

With all the ADA laws, I’m shocked that this app is not fully accessible for blind voiceover users on an iPhone

I can’t pay through the app anymore. I says account can’t be found. No problem paying when I log into the website. Please fix.

I’d welcome a nuclear power plant if this evil outfit could be replaced. This app cannot accept my payment. The phone support is an infinite loop where I can hear my balance but not pay. If I could afford to go off grid I’d give up every luxury.
