## PSEG Long Island Reviews in United States

### *---- "Cannot log into the app"
I’ve had this app for a while. It worked at first, but for the longest time when I log in, it just returns me the to login page. What’s wrong with the app??
-- Who Are You, Artie?, 2026-07-03

### *---- "Terrible app"
It won’t let me log in. I reinstalled it and still the same issue. Pointless.
-- Jo🤷‍♀️, 2026-07-02

### *---- "Horrible app. Horrible company"
Absolute garbage app. They should be ashamed
-- rsperfect, 2026-06-20

### *---- "This app sucks"
I can’t even fill in my username and password to get into the app. So annoying. Useless garbage
-- IhatePSEG, 2026-06-12

### *---- "No good"
App won’t let me log in or load just keeps bring me back to login page
-- Mac truck deluxe, 2026-06-07

### ***** "Nice"
Nice
-- princes♥️, 2026-06-01

### *---- "Too difficult to login"
As another review notes, it is almost impossible to login. I have a complex password and the app refuses to use my iPhone’s password manager nor will it let me paste in the complex password from the password manager. It is far easier to bypass this app altogether and use the website. UPDATE: App was updated 4 weeks ago and still does not work with iPhone saved passwords or even let me paste the password. I still use the website instead. I gather no one reads the reviews so this will probably stay broken.
-- Zzznorch, 2026-05-28

### *---- "The WORST utility app"
For a reputable company with unwarranted high prices, an app is the least of the customer service they should be providing for their customers to maintain their accounts and pay their bills. Not only does this app not let you login, but it is absolute trash, glitchy, and doesn’t do anything helpful if you can manage to log in. FIX IT! Literally the BARE MINIMUM of operating in 2026.
-- RoseCrespo, 2026-05-24

### *---- "Can’t autofill passwords anymore"
Can’t even paste it in - fix it
-- D Rekk, 2026-05-12

### *---- "It doesn’t work"
The login function doesn’t work. I have to login on website to pay bill for the last 5 months at least.
