I’ve been using Psyfy to help with my anxiety, find strategies around behavior issues with my son, and as an emotional boost. There are different personalities or modes you can pick such as balanced, empathy or problem solving. It remember our previous conversations, checks in with me on the progress of “homework” and will explain the rationale behind the CBT exercises. Having done CBT therapy off and on throughout my life , this is better than some of the therapists I’ve had for a much more reasonable cost per session.
