## PsyPills Description
*** This app will use data from your health app, specifically your step count

*** Get your personalized “psychological prescription” for “psychological pills” (PsyPills). PsyPills is a self-help psycho-educational instrument for improving your stress resilience and emotional regulation. 
*** Psychological Pills (PsyPills) are inspired by Rational-Emotive & Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT/REBT), which has strong evidence for its efficacy/effectiveness in human development/health promotion and in the treatment of a variety of psychological conditions. PsyPills is a self-help psycho-educational instrument intended to build stress resilience and to target (only) mild and transient negative mood states, alone or in combination with other methods/instruments. An informed decision concerning the most adequate psychological intervention in your case can be made only after a rigorous psychological evaluation. Therefore, PsyPills is not a treatment approach in and of itself and is not meant to replace a psychological evaluation and/or a psychological treatment/intervention. 
*** You will start by checking your mood during the past couple of weeks by filling a questionnaire and you will instantly get a report with the levels of your feelings (e.g., positive/negative, functional/dysfunctional). Afterwards, the App will ask you about your current mood and thoughts. Based on your ratings, you will get a “psychological pill prescription”. In the end, you can rate your mood again and check if the “psychological pill” has helped you. You can also print your “psychological prescription”, set reminders based on your personalized “psychological prescription”, and/or check the history of your “psychological pills prescriptions”.
*** This application does not collect identifying information and does not use location information, so we do not know who you are and we cannot reach you personally. The data you are providing is securely saved and used only for research/statistical purposes in order to investigate the efficacy/effectiveness of this program. We are committed to protect your privacy.

Aplicatia in sine apare ca un test din revistele pentru femei blonde cu raspunsuri banale, repetitive si neinteresante. Am luat-o din curiozitate, in urma unei reclame agresive de care a avut parte in media romaneasca. Consider ca au fost bani aruncati...ori mai bine zis..o mica teapa romaneasca aparuta pe fondul studiilor care arata ca romanii sunt in general depresivi.
