## ptMantra Description
The independent performance of therapeutic exercise is an important part of physical therapy. Traditionally, providers guide patients by giving paper packets that describe which exercises to do, how much and how often, and how to perform them properly.
ptMantra is software alternative to paper packets that supports patients with:
- rotatable, 3D representation of proper form
- video capture of exercise performance
- self-reported pain and difficulty levels with each exercise capture
- notifications for new exercises, updated prescriptions, or exercise reminders
ptMantra supports providers with:
- AI-based insights and workflow enhancements, such as quantifying the amount of exercise performed and navigating to the frame of the video where the nth rep begins
- Cost-free alternative to home exercise program (HEP) software
- Ability to monitor and adjust MSK care plans that qualifies as remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM)


Gone are the days when patients need to keep track of various packets, puzzle over their cartoon representations of proper form, and plan their exercises into their busy schedules. ptMantra presents this information with higher fidelity, greater convenience, and in a way that allows providers to monitor patient engagement, exercise form, and treatment efficacy, thereby closing a gap in care and opening new space for revenue via RTM reimbursement.
