Now there are many bugs with bikes not unlocking, not locking, double charging or being charged for someone else’s ride after yours ended or never even started, etc. Newest issue is they have two physical spots per location in zurich city but never removed either, so if you park at the wrong station they don’t count as ride ended despite the station clearly being there. And best of all when everything is worse they replaced their customer support with a completely useless chatbot which tells you to wait 48 hours for every issue, during which you cannot use the app anymore. Absolute scam and shame compared to the previous publibike app. Terrible -- XiaoXiaooo, 2025-09-09 [View all PubliBike Velospot reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## PubliBike Velospot Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Switzerland | Travel | #23 | | Top Free | Switzerland | Overall | #243 | ## Apps Similar to PubliBike Velospot - [SwitzerlandMobility](https://apptail.io/app/switzerlandmobility-fqc/united-states) - [U-Abo](https://apptail.io/app/u-abo-Emj/united-states) - [Zoo Zürich](https://apptail.io/app/zoo-zurich-jCM/united-states) - [TNW Tickets](https://apptail.io/app/tnw-tickets-spT/united-states) - [QuickZoll](https://apptail.io/app/quickzoll-BrY/united-states) - [Pick-e-Bike](https://apptail.io/app/pick-e-bike-TKY/united-states) - [Basel Go!](https://apptail.io/app/basel-go-VKY/united-states) - [SAC – Schweizer Alpen-Club](https://apptail.io/app/sac-schweizer-alpen-club-EmZ/united-states) - [Urban Connect](https://apptail.io/app/urban-connect-PXbc/united-states) - [Mobility Carsharing](https://apptail.io/app/mobility-carsharing-TXBn/united-states) ## PubliBike Velospot Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/united-states) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/united-kingdom) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/france) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/japan) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/ukraine) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/new-zealand) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/spain) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/canada) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/singapore) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/greece) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/hungary) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/ireland) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/iceland) - [Jamaica](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/jamaica) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/north-macedonia) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/norway) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/portugal) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/romania) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/taiwan) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/uzbekistan) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/austria) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/south-africa) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/australia) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/switzerland) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/cyprus) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/czechia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/germany) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/egypt) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/publibike-velospot-LUev/finland) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
